Saint Bartholomew’s Church
Back in 1990, D&D was approached by an existing customer asking them to provide a modernization process using the most technologically advanced elevator system available.
184 Lexington Avenue
In 2012, the Hakimian Organization asked D&D Elevator to provide a new elevator system in its Lexington Avenue property.
Tarrytown Train Station
D&D was asked to provide three new elevators for the new Tarrytown Train station project.
450 Broadway – Old is Now New Again
The single elevator was installed in 1899, upgraded in 1922, and was sorely in need of a modernization.
24, 25, 40 West 25th Street – 10 Car Modernization
These three combined locations involved a 10-car modernization that was awarded to D&D Elevator. The building was originally built in 1911 and, although there may have been a modernization done in the late 50’s/early 60’s, they were due to be modernized once again.
